Jana has over 10 years of experience working with families and children with special needs. She began working with children diagnosed with autism in 2005 while earning her BS in Psychology at the University of Northwestern.
Jana joined the BTS team in 2011 providing 1:1 ABA therapy in the home. She is dedicated to working with children and their families to help them reach their fullest potential.
Kristin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Psychology.
Kristin has 4 years of experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism as well as co-existing conditions. Kristin joined the BTS team in September 2014.
Camille Heyman came to BTS with over 13 years of experience providing ABA therapy for children with ASD and over 20 years of experience working with children with special needs.
Camille has experience working with children primarily between the ages of 2-20. Over the last 13 years
Camille has experience working as a behavior therapist, lead therapist, and Clinical Supervisor. Camille has worked as a supervising therapist in both in-home therapy settings as well as center based services.
Lisa Janisch joined the BTS team in September 2011. She received her B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation and her M.S. in Behavioral Analysis.
Lisa has over 10 years of experience working with children with Autism and their families.
Amy received her Bachelors degree in Family Social Science with a minor in Family Violence Prevention from The University of Minnesota and her Masters in Public Health with an emphasis on Behavioral Health from London Metropolitan University.
Amy has worked with children and families for over 10 years. Amy has experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy for children between the ages of 2 to 15. Amy joined the BTS team in October 2013.
Melissa Rosky has a BA degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Post -graduate certificate from the College of Saint Catherine in American Sign Language Interpreting.
Melissa has over 12 years of experience in working with children with special needs. Since 2004, she has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA Therapy) and with children with autism and their families. In her 7 years experience as a behavior therapist and lead behavior therapist she has provided 1:1 skills training, family skills training, implementation of skills programming and managing challenging behaviors in children ages 2 to 15 years old.
