You deserve to enjoy your life; you deserve to enjoy your relationships and your children. If you or your child are hurting know that difficulties and crisis’ can be an opportunity for growth and change. I adapt my approach to meet the needs of each individual;  I draw from a number theories including Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioral therapy.  If you choose to work with me I will support you in making behavioral changes to pave the way for a more fulfilling life while helping you recognize your mind's clues about past hurts that may need to be healed. I am interested in supporting women and men in the transition to parenthood, providing guidance to parents who are overwhelmed by their children's behavior, treating childhood anxiety and depression, helping children who have experienced trauma, supporting parents who are having difficulty bonding with a new baby and adoption related issues.  I treat adults suffering from  a range of issues including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, pregnancy loss and relationship difficulties. I am happy to answer questions about my approach to treatment before you make an appointment.
