Catherine graduated from Hawaii Pacific University in 2007 with a BA in psychology. Since, 2008 she has worked in the field of autism doing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the school, home and community. Catherine has experience working with children from ages 2 to 18 years old. Catherine is currently working towards her Master's in Clinical Psychology.
Michelle graduated with a BS in Family Social Science from the University of MN in 2012. She has worked in the social services field since 2001 in a variety of positions, such as Group Home Coordination, Program Management, and Behavior Analysis. Michelle also has experience working with adults as well as children ages 4-18
Anna Urbanski graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Childhood Development and from St. Cloud State University with her M.S. in Special Studies - Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Anna has worked with individuals, ages 2 to 15 years, with different abilities since 2010. She provided services at summer camps and preschools, as well as in-home and center-based Applied Behavior Analysis programs. Anna has experience in 1:1 skills training, family skills training, 4:1 small group skills training, and implementation of skills programming and managing challenging behaviors. She also has collaborated with occupational therapists and speech pathologists. Anna joined the BTS team in April of 2016.
