I have worked in the mental health field since 2005. I have experience working with children and teenagers with developmental disabilities, specifically autism, since 2008. My background is working with children, teenagers, and/or adults with mood and anxiety disorders, substance abuse, developmental disabilities, ADHD, and parenting challenges.

I use a variety of evidence based approaches and tailor them to the individual or family. I often use strategies from behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and existential psychotherapy. I believe in helping people find the tools they need and uncover the strengths they possess to more effectively manage and enjoy their lives.
