The Behavior Therapist provides in-home therapy services to children with a diagnosis of an autism spectrum disorder using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Family Consultation Therapist
BTS of MN is currently hiring a part time (afternoons/evening) Family Consultation Therapist (licensed or MHP Qualified) to conduct in-home Family Therapy and or skills training for children and or their families. These services are typically related to challenging behavior(s). Treatment is provided in accordance of all applicable federal and MN state regulations and BTS of MN policies and procedures. The FCT will manage an average of 4 Family Consultation cases or the equivalent of 18-20 hours per week.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
We are currently hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist to work in our Woodbury office. The Clinical Psychologist will provide mental health services including outpatient therapy and psychological testing services to children and their families. The clinician may also provide in-home family consultation services. The ideal applicant will have experience, training and interest in working with children with autism using behavioral approach and in providing testing for autism spectrum disorders and ADHD. Treatment is provided in accordance with all applicable federal and MN state regulations and BTS of MN policies and procedures. This position could be an Independent Contractor role or a full-time benefit eligible position.
Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellow

BTS of MN is currently hiring a full-time Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellow candidate interested in working with children, adolescents and families at our clinic in Woodbury. There is a focus on working with children and families, but there may be the opportunity to work with adult clients as well for outpatient therapy services. We seek a motivated, skilled, and career-oriented professional who enjoys working with children and families and enjoys engaging in a variety of tasks such as conducting diagnostic assessments, psychological testing, outpatient therapy and skills groups. The successful candidate will be skilled in working with a wide range of behavioral health diagnoses and clinical issues, including: anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, behavioral concerns, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), parenting issues and OCD. Under supervision of a Licensed Psychologist, the Psychology Fellow will assist in conducting psychological testing as part of assessments for ADHD and ASD. Specialized training in these testing methods and instruments is available.
